The Role Our Customer Success Managers are trusted advisors to our valued customers and, in collaboration with Sales, must build trust and confidence through urgency and influence to get deeper and expand accounts while preventing churn. The Expectations In your first 30 days, you will have developed enough expertise to begin assisting users directly. You have 4+ years of relevant experience as a CSM, TAM, Solutions Architect, or similar, with a proven track record of success.
