The CRM data visualization group is responsible for helping CRM customers visualize and act on their data. The staff software engineer will work on the GraphQL platform team which is the core system of CRM that allows for high-performance data querying and visualization, supporting CRM customers in analyzing and leveraging their data effectively. Location: Remote in Germany or flexible office in Berlin As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. To do this you will leverage HubSpot’s existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media messaging. As a Small Business Account Executive at HubSpot, you use outbound and inbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow using HubSpot software. We value leaders who embody empathy and curiosity, and who have a track record of building influence in a large, dynamic organization. • Relevant SME experience potentially involves wrangling complex systems into elegant platform user experiences, specifically around price configuration or SKU management, quotes or proposals as they relate to sales processes or revenue lifecycle, bonus points for any billing and payments configuration experience. • Experience working in partnership with product and engineering leaders to establish objectives, high-level strategies, and key results for a group of designers • Understand how to set designers up to identify and drive impact that meets the needs of our customers and the business • Have a developed sense for how to balance speed, quality, and consistency of design, particularly as it pertains to growth and experimentation • Have a sixth sense for how to provide and encourage thoughtful feedback on designs as well as identify overlaps and efficiencies between team member’s projects • Understand how to bring a sense of team and mission to the groups you lead and to the broader UX team. This includes being responsible for thoughtful team organization, delivering feedback early and often, aligning strengths to problems and providing opportunities for career growth through additional responsibility or potential impact. • Can deliver clear, direct and actionable feedback and won’t shy away from confronting difficult situations or increasing communication when there’s friction or uncertainty • Collaborate with the other design leaders to develop a product design strategy and convey the strategy to designers and the org in a way that influences execution • We are mission-focused on both customers’ and their buyers’ experiences, creating an interactivity between them that reduces friction in closing deals • Leads with urgency and ability to evaluate high-leverage opportunities that drive business growth through design • Experts in stakeholder management with the ability to gain alignment across multiple departments and disciplines. • Strong advocate in experimentation as a framework for learning and applying those learnings to achieve business outcomes. • Proven track record of delivering quality at speed and maintain clarity needed for iteration of design-led initiatives • Coach design craft and uplevel the quality of experiences shipped while bringing a sense of mission • Setting clear expectations and driving a broad commitment to great performance • Partner with product and engineering leaders to create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area • Crafting a design vision informed by data that engages and delights customers and drives tangible business results • Be a thoughtful partner to UX exec leadership to expand organizational design strategy and vision, through initiatives that impact bigger systems, multiple product teams, and new product opportunities. • Partnering with cross-functional teams like business intelligence, sales, marketing, and customer success to create experiences that delight users and customers at each stage of their journey. • Drive results for a critical product area and help influence the future of the product line by working to establish product experience objectives, goals, and strategic plays that inspire teams to execute. • Be adaptable and flexible in coaching the team to design and execute effective experiments • An empathetic and supportive coach who values delivering actionable feedback and career growth guidance to help teams do their best work • Committed to showing as a leader that you’re invested in building a diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment • Able to collaborate and influence across disciplines and levels of an organization • Skilled at collaborating with adjacent teams to create consistency in the product experience • Experienced in guiding your team to identify impact that is great for customers and good for business • Able to lead constructive critiques and have a developed sense for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of design • Able to support a team in managing through complex scenarios to find clarity from ambiguity • Experienced in building, managing and scaling high-performing teams • Someone who understands how to foster team health and brings a sense of mission to the group you lead.
