We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Classification & Labeling, to join our growing team in Costa Rica. This role is crucial for optimizing the operational flow of our labeling and quality assurance (QA) projects. The Project Manager will be the primary point of coordination between local and international offices for project-related activities, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and ideal resource alignment. This position is designed to enhance overall project delivery and directly support our Team Leads by managing project-level logistics, allowing them to focus on vital team development and performance coaching, including associate assignment, mitigating technical constraints, and proactively monitoring progress.
