Manage Legal’s Processes, Systems, and Technology: Manage and continuously improve the Legal Team’s processes, systems, and technology including: • Own and administer the Legal Team’s technology tools (e.g., a CLM tool like Ironclad and matter and spend management software like SimpleLegal). • Manage workflows for the company’s NDAs, DPAs, contractor agreements, and other agreement types.
