Office Management & Operations • Own daily office operations, ensuring a seamless, productive, and welcoming environment. • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, and facility coordination. • Act as the point of contact for all office-related needs—whether it’s fixing a printer or planning workspace logistics. • Support workspace setup for new hires, ensuring day-one is smooth and memorable. • Partner with Facilities Operations and IT teams to maintain a polished, high-functioning office space. • Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are always in compliance and top-of-mind. Internal Event Planning & Execution • Lead the planning and execution of weekly All-Hands meetings, team offsites, and key internal events. • Develop creative, on-brand event experiences that foster connection, engagement, and fun.
The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) provides deep subject matter expertise on Moveworks technical and product solutions and best practices in order to drive value for Moveworks customers. As a CSE at Moveworks, you will be joining our Professional Services organization to work alongside a Customer Success Manager from our Customer Success organization to understand product requirements, and then you will drive all technical aspects around post-sales engagement with the end goal of delivering the Moveworks AI platform to customers. You will play an advisory role to customers, build long-term strategic relationships with both customers and partners and ensure optimal customer experience and outcomes. Each of our team members is extremely hands-on, push boundaries, and deliver high quality results. You'll be the technical customer advocate internally and have the opportunity to work closely with Product Management, Engineering and R&D teams and help to influence the product features based on feedback from customers. What You Will Do: Doing advanced front-end development with CMS (AEM - Adobe Experience Manager)
Build out core infrastructure for various functionalities such as: distributed configuration management, rate limiting, feature flag, A/B testing, and traffic capture and replay. • Improve the performance, scalability and observability of the Moveworks cloud infrastructure. • Deliver deadline sensitive work regularly that is interdependent with other engineering teams. • Own features end-to-end, and regularly influence the infrastructure roadmap. • 8+ years of experience designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems. • Familiarity with Python/Golang/Java/C++. • Experience with containers/Docker, and with cloud infrastructure like AWS/GCP/Azure. • Desire to work at a startup pace with a high degree of ownership. • Experience solving for performance, optimization, scalability, latency, and monitoring. • Strong motivation, gumption, and an appetite for continuous, incremental changes and completing challenging projects quickly. • BS in computer science or a related field. • High level of curiosity about engineering outside of your immediate discipline and an incessant desire to learn. *Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
